  • Solid experience with D&I management in workplace
  • Hands-on experience designing company policies, programs, trainings and/or initiatives related to D&I
  • Good knowledge of labor and human right legislation
  • Strong problem-solving, data driven and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills and able to communicate effectively in English
  • Degree in business/economics, HR management, social science or other related fields, or equivalent experience
